BARDEJOV SPA
Northern-eastern Slovakia is widely known for its forested landscape. Vast coniferous woods are clear evidence of abundant water resources. Just five kilometres from the UNESCO-listed town of Bardejov lies the country’s easternmost spa resort, whose forest setting creates ideal microclimatic conditions.
Bardejov Spa is surrounded by dense mixed forests that provide natural climate protection. The local microclimate is especially favourable, with clean air, stable humidity, and very low levels of allergens.
The mineral water from its springs is used for drinking cure, inhalation therapy, and mineral baths. More than 300,000 treatments are carried out here every year.
