Premier Robert Fico (Smer-SD) will leave for an informal summit of EU member states in Brussels on Monday (February 3).
Security policy and the strengthening and development of defence capabilities is high on the agenda of EU leaders' discussion. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will attend the summit as well. During his visit to Brussels, the Premier is also scheduled to meet EU Commissioner for Energy and Housing Dan Jorgensen and EU Commissioner for Democracy, Justice, the Rule of Law and Consumer Protection Michael McGrath.
