September 1st is the day when Slovaks celebrate their Constitution which was adopted in 1992. It came into effect on October 1st , 1992 and some parts of it in January 1993 after the split of Czechoslovakia when Slovakia became independent. Let’s hear what an expert and a few ordinary Slovaks think their country’s Constitution deals with.
