The Constitutional Court on Tuesday suspended a section of the Public Health Authority's (UVZ) decree that regulates the current anti-coronavirus rules and measures on the country's borders. "We haven't received the Constitutional Court's resolution yet. We need to read it first and then we'll deal with the situation. The current rules and measures on borders will remain in place until the resolution enters into force," the Public Health Authority spokesperson Dasa Rackova announced.
The decree, which stipulates that every individual who hasn't been vaccinated against COVID-19 must undergo two-week quarantine upon arriving in the country, was challenged for the second time by the opposition.
