A total of 5,246 children aged between 12-15 (or their parents) have so far shown interest in being vaccinated, National Health Information Centre spokesperson Veronika Bauch announced on Tuesday.
Children in this age category will be inoculated with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. Children must be accompanied by their parents when being vaccinated.
The online waiting room for this age category was opened on Monday (June 7).
