Slovak medical equipment producer Chirana T.Injecta will supply 2 million one-millilitre syringes, 2 million two-millilitre syringes and 5 million needles to Slovakia by March 19.
Further supplies in the next few months will be delivered according to demand. The vaccination components will be centrally purchased by the state, with the company storing them in a warehouse(s) from where they will be distributed among the vaccination centres in Slovakia. Currently, it is supplying several European countries, allowing them to carry out their mass COVID-19 vaccination campaigns.
