Kindergartens, the first stage of primary schools, and the final years of secondary schools will be open starting Monday, February 8. At the same time, the COVID automaton is to be tightened. Minister of Health Marek Krajčí (OĽANO) announced the decision of the Slovak Government on Wednesday. The curfew will continue to apply.
Nevertheless, Krajčí noted that the situation in Slovakia has not improved even after several weeks of curfew, the reason, he said, being the British mutation of the new coronavirus.
