From Monday, November 16th, only Australia, China, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway and Taiwan are considered GREEN countries for travelling to Slovakia. For travellers coming from other countries than the above mentioned or who visited other countries than the above mentioned in the past 14 days, you need either a PCR test not older than 72 hours if you come to Slovakia from an EU country or register via https://korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica/ and quarantine while waiting for at least 5 days to be tested in Slovakia.
Registration is compulsory for those coming from a non-EU country which is not on the above list, who have to show proof that they have already registered when crossing the Slovak border, if checked. Some exceptions are in place for those in transit and for regular cross border commuters who do not need a test but must show a proof from their employer, see the form you need to fill in at the bottom of this link.
