As of Tuesday, not all people in Slovakia will have to wear face protecting masks, the Public Health Office has decided. The groups of people which are exempted from the obligation to wear face protection are: children under two years of age, people with severe autism spectrum disorders, passengers of a car if they live in the same household and public transport drivers if they are in a closed cabin. People walking in a natural area (forests, parks) who are from the same household and keep a 20m distance from other people do not have to wear a mask either.
