Innovations fund invests €500,000 into e-processing invoices

The Innovations and Technology Fund (FIT) invested €500,000 into the Slovak start-up project Datamolino which has been developing a unique software solution to the processing of invoices for small to medium-sized companies, the TASR news agency learned from Radoslav Vašina of FIT.

According to Vašina, Datamolino plans to provide a software service of electronic archiving, as well as the automated processing of invoices in an effort to eliminate hand transcriptions of invoices which are costly in terms of time and finances. Such a software solution would also eliminate human fallibility, unburden accountants of the need to carry out excessive tasks, facilitate communication between entrepreneurs and accountants, and provide a better overview of incoming and sent invoices. “Small and medium-sized companies want to streamline their processes and save money. We record a strong level of interest in the digitalisation of company processes. By virtue of FIT investment, we can enter the market at the early moment when cards are only being distributed to players and offer the world a really useful solution”, said Andrej Glezl.
