Slovakia will face Moldova in the fourth round of the UEFA Nations League on Tuesday evening, looking to strengthen their position at the top of Group 3 in League C. The Slovaks currently lead the group by three points, and a win in Chisinau would move them closer to promotion to League B.
It will be the fifth meeting between the two sides since Slovakia became independent. Slovakia have won four of their previous encounters, while Moldova have won once. Coach Vladimír Weiss says he plans to field his strongest available side despite fatigue following more than two weeks of international duty. Kick-off at Zimbru Stadium is at 8:45 p.m. CEST.
