Slovak swimmer Tamara Potocká has achieved a strong result at a prestigious international meet in Stockholm, competing against medalists from both the European and World Championships. She claimed gold in the 200-metre individual medley, winning the event. She then took bronze in the 100-metre butterfly, setting a new personal best of 58.53 seconds in a highly competitive final. The discipline is expected to be her main focus in the current season, in which she holds the title of Slovakia’s Swimmer of the Year 2025. She added a second bronze medal in the butterfly sprint, recording her fastest time of the year, 26.25 seconds. The swimmer will next travel to Tenerife for a training camp in May, before continuing her season with races in an Olympic pool in London.
