At the latest World Figure Skating Championships in Prague, Slovak skater Adam Hagara finished 15th after advancing to the free program. Despite not including any quadruple jumps, Hagara delivered one of the top flawless free programs of the competition.
Hagara, the 2024 Winter Youth Olympic silver medalist, has achieved several milestones for Slovak figure skating: he is the first Slovak to win an ISU Junior Grand Prix gold medal, to qualify for and medal at a Grand Prix Final, and to medal at an ISU championship event.
