Young Slovak biathletes have returned from the Youth World Championships in Arber with three gold medals. Michaela Straková won two titles in the girls’ youth endurance and sprint races, while Markus Sklenárik claimed gold in the boys’ youth sprint. The championships concluded on Sunday in Germany. Slovak biathlon officials say the results highlight strong work with young athletes and confirm the country’s growing success in the sport.
