Slovak juniors take bronze at European table tennis championships

Slovakia’s junior table tennis team secured bronze at the 67th European Youth Championships in Ostrava, matching last year’s success.

The Slovaks reached the semi-finals after topping their group and defeating Switzerland and Spain in knockout rounds. In the battle for the final, they fell 1–3 to defending champions Romania, with Samuel Arpáš scoring Slovakia’s only point.
