For thousands of years we've envied birds for not only their ability to fly but also their hunting skills. That's how the art of falconry developed. Though in modern Slovakia falconry is not used that much for its original purpose, which is hunting, nevertheless falconers' shows are a must-see attraction at almost every Slovak castle. Who are those falconers and what is their relationship to such majestic flying predators?
