The folk group Gymnik was founded 50 years ago at the Faculty of physical education and sports in Comenius University in Bratislava. As you can guess by its name, it was true to the gymnastic potential of the sports faculty it was based on, even within traditional folk dancing. Though 50 years might suggest an older age, the group - as well as both its recent and former members - are still very cheerful and snappy. How do generations pass in a group like this?
