The Technical University of Košice and the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava are launching their first joint engineering program focused exclusively on artificial intelligence. Students will spend one year in Košice and the second in Bratislava. Upon completion, they will receive a diploma from both universities. The program will begin in the 2026/2027 academic year. Since instruction will be in English, the law allows the universities to charge tuition. This will amount to 7,000 euros. In the pilot year, they can admit approximately 60 applicants. The project has also been supported by the Ministry of Education.
