In this edition of Slovakia Today, we explore Slovakia’s role in the European PACES project, a research initiative examining how migrants make decisions and how those decisions are reflected in policy. Lucia Mýtna Kureková from the Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Michelle Tatranská from the Mareena Foundation discuss their collaboration, including research focused on African migrants and the importance of combining academic analysis with on-the-ground experience.
