Marking the 30th anniversary of Child Safety Line, Patrícia Polakovičová explored the current state of mental health among children and minors in Slovakia. With Child Safety Line´s director Táňa Ivanič Rybanská, special education teacher Jana Merašická, and The Research Institute of Child Psychology and Pathopsychology, we look at how children’s psychological needs have changed over the past decades, what challenges dominate today, and where the system still falls short.
