A new exhibition titled "Slovak Traces in Poland" has opened in Warsaw, highlighting 30 moments from the shared history of Slovakia and Poland.
Organized by the Slovak Embassy and Institute in Warsaw, the exhibition marks 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Co-author and Deputy Ambassador Martin Cimerman said the aim is to highlight what unites both nations—through stories of ordinary people rather than academic research.
One of the key themes is the little-known role of Slovaks in the Warsaw Uprising during World War II. The exhibition will now travel to other Polish cities.
