Odkiaľ si? / Odkiaľ ste? (formal) = Where are you from?
Ja som z … (country name in genitive) = I’m from … 
… z Indie (genitive) = … from India 
Ja som Ind (masculine) / Indka (feminine) = I’m Indian 
Čo robíš na Slovensku? = What do you do in Slovakia?
Študujem tu = I study here.
Pracujem tu = I work here.
Mám tu rodinu = I have family here.
