For the past 6 years, the administration of Tatra national park has been running an unusual live web broadcast from nature. A new camera was installed recently after it took a hit from freezing cold temperatures. It shows birds coming to a bird feeder. It also provides several rules for the public in feeding wild birds during the winter. The Tatra National Park administration warns against salty, smoked or fried food and bans feeding these animals with pasta. Among recommended nourishment, there are poppy or sunflower seeds, lard, butter or nuts.
