About 60.5 percent of eligible voters would cast their ballot in the upcoming March 5th general elections, according to a survey done for the press agency SITA in the first half of this month. A quarter of respondents are still undecided whether to go or not. Seven parties would make it to Parliament with the ruling social democrats from Smer winning 70 of the 150 seats followed by the extra-parliamentary conservatives from Siet with 24 seats, Most-Hid 14, nationalists 13, Christian-Democrats and Ordinary Citizens Party with 10 MPs each and the ethnic Hungarian party with 9.
