Slovak legendary ice hockey player Peter Bondra will enter the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame next year. He will be inaugurated together with Russians Sergej Fiodorov and Valerij Kamenskij on 22 May. Peter Bondra is the 2002 World Champion. He represented Slovakia in 47 matches scoring 35 goals. He became the Slovak ice hockey player of the year 3 times. Peter Bondra played 1081 matches in the NHL. The list of the clubs in which he played consists of the Washington Capitals, the Detroit Vipers, the Ottawa Senators, the Atlanta Thrashers and the Chicago Blackhawks.
