Slovakia will join the initiative on mutual administrative aid in tax related issues, which was signed by 44 states in March within the OECD. The Slovak Parliament voted in favour of it on Wednesday. Based on this cooperation, states should exchange tax information automatically, but also upon the request of an individual country. Moreover, it should create room for simultaneous tax control. In the area of tax evasion, this is the most flexible form of cooperation of states, claims the Slovak Finance Ministry.
