Slovakia will take 149 Christian refugees from Iraq on a voluntary basis. "They will arrive in the coming days and will be accommodated in the facility for asylum-seekers in Humenné", said Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák. The costs with their resettlement to Slovakia will be covered from the money already allocated to the asylum policy. On Wednesday the Slovak Parliament will discuss the Cabinet's plan to file a lawsuit at the Court of Justice of the EU regarding mandatory quotas to resettle migrants approved by EU Interior Ministers this autumn.
