The 5th startupawards.sk event took place in Bratislava on Friday. Speaking at its opening, President Andrej Kiska voiced confidence that the talented people will succeed in the face of competition abroad. "The Slovak start-up scene is on a par with that abroad, and we have nothing to be ashamed of", said the Slovak head of state.
