The Slovak economy grew by 3.6% in the third quarter of this year in comparison to the same period of last year, according to the flash estimate released by the Slovak Statistics Office on Friday. The growth exceeded analysts' expectations and even if the detailed structures of the GDP growth will be released at the beginning of December, they assume that an increase in public investment is behind this evolution.
