The Polish airline LOT will launch regular flights between Košice and Warsaw as of March 28 of next year. It will fly between the two cities six times per week at 5.35 a.m. from Košice and 10.35 p.m. from Warsaw. According to Jolanta Grala-Bednárčik, LOT's head for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Balkans, the transfer to connecting flights in Warsaw to other destinations in Western Europe takes around 30 minutes or slightly more.
