Slovakia’s business environment continues to worsen. This is the conclusion that the Business Alliance of Slovakia (PAS) made based on its regular survey. According to the survey, the value of the business environment index in the second quarter of this year fell by a further 3.5 percent to 70.1 points. “Slovak entrepreneurs are most dissatisfied with the low effectiveness of enforcing laws, which stems mainly from the poor state of the judiciary system and the insufficient application of the principle of equality before the law,” reads the survey.
