The conference of EU member states governments' representatives unanimously decided that the Slovak candidate Juraj Schwarcz will perform the mandate as Judge at the General Court. His second term will start as of September 1, 2016, and will last until August 31, 2022. He has been the judge of the Court of Justice of the European Union since October 2009.
