Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič will meet Polish President Bronisław Komorowski on Monday, August 26 at Červený Kláštor in the Prešov region. The two heads of state are expected to discuss cross-border co-operation, the road connecting the two countries, political bilateral activities, issues concerning the Eastern Partnership, the bid for the Winter Olympic Games 2022, and support for the development of tourism. “The relationship between the presidents is extraordinarily friendly. The frequency of their meetings attests to that,” added the Slovak president's spokesperson Marek Trubač.
