The European Commission Chairman Jean-Claude Juncker informed on Sunday via Twitter that he has addressed the Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico by phone for the preparation of an extraordinary EU Interior Ministers' Summit on the migrant crisis in Brussels. Earlier that day, Robert Fico announced that the Slovak Minister Robert Kaliňák will veto the mandatory quotas proposed by the EU. The new EC proposal on the relocation of refugees from Greece, Italy and Hungary to other EU member countries concerns about 160 000 migrants.
