President Andrej Kiska has proposed to amend the Constitution affecting judges. He wants to change the situation in such a way that when judges reach a certain age they will have to give up their posts. This would mean at lower courts the maximum age would be 67 years old, and at the Supreme Court the maximum age of any given judge would be 70 years old.
