Slovakia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs welcomes the deal reached between the United States, Russia, China, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Iran with respect to the latter's nuclear program. After 20 months of talks culminating in days of final meetings in Vienna, Austria, negotiators reached a landmark deal aimed at reining in Iran's nuclear program. The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs believes the deal showcases the effectiveness of international diplomacy and dialogue in mediating international disputes. "The deal reached today launches a new chapter in building higher quality relations between the international community and Iran", states the ministry.
