Financier Mario Hoffmann is terminating his involvement in the financial group J&T, according to the TASR press agency. His Istrokapital SE and individuals closely affiliated with J&T arrived at a property settlement worth €500 million. As part of the deal, J&T will acquire a 10-percent share at joint Slovak-Austrian company Axon Neuroscience which is trying to develop a cure for Alzheimer's disease. Hoffmann claimed that he has always enjoyed friendly and fair relations with J&T. "I've decided to dedicate more time to my personal activities and, particularly, the activities at Axon Neuroscience", he said.
