The Slovak consul met the eight paragliders who were detained in Iran some three months ago. As Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák confirmed, the 8 Slovak citizens who have been accused of espionage are alright. The Minister further confirmed that they are in constant contact with the Iranian authorities and this is also how they managed to arrange a meeting of the detainees with the Slovak consul in Iran.
