Slovakia's top road cyclist Peter Sagan won the fourth stage of the Tour of California. He has come second in the first three stages. Sagan is now second in the overall ranking, 22 seconds behind Tom Skujins of Latvia, however the race is not over yet. "I am happy and thankful to my colleagues for their good work. This victory is also for Maciej Bodnar who had a bad fall on Tuesday and had to go home this morning", stated Sagan.
