Chief Executive Officer of the construction company Váhostav-SK Marian Moravčík represented the Bratislava-based shell company Lomark, one of the five most influential creditors of Váhostav. The information was unveiled by the Alliance Fair Play. Váhostav confirmed that Moravčík really represented Lomark. He returned the authorization to represent them however "a few years ago", they claim and therefore Váhostav rejects that this would be proof of a close relationship between Váhostav and an influential creditor. The construction company Váhostav owes to its creditors more than one hundred million euro. As the Hospodarske Noviny write in spite of this, it has money and it should be given even more of it. This is also a reason why the proposed plan for its restructuring aroused public protests of small contractors. The company has money for the payment of small suppliers it just needs to first agree with government customers.
