The 7th edition of the biannual competition Grand Prix of Svetozár Stračina, which is the most renowned international competition of radio recordings of musical folklore, was won by the Czech Radio Ostrava with recording Ej, lásko, lásko. The awards ceremony this year's competition was held on Friday, April 17th in the big concert studio at the Slovak Radio building. The international jury evaluated 55 competing recordings of authentic and stylised folklore coming from 18 countries.
