Decent labour conditions for all employees is the reason why social dialogue between trade unions and employers is so important, President Andrej Kiska said at the celebrations of the Confederation of Trade Union Associations' (KOZ) 25th anniversary in Bratislava on Thursday. "Not always can everyone be happy, but it's important to be mindful of what it's all about - seeking harmony between one's duties at work and their private life, between performance at work and care about one's family," said Kiska, noting that people spend significant part of their lives at work. Kiska pointed out that there are many examples of employers realising their social responsibility.
