Slovak Telekom (ST), a company that offers telecommunications services in Slovakia, has announced its plan to be floated on the Bratislava and London stock exchanges. As a selling shareholder, the National Property Fund (FNM) will offer all its stock, which together makes up 49 percent of the issued ST share capital. Meanwhile, the company reported that the mother company Deutsche Telekom (DT) isn't offering any shares for sale and that it will keep its 51-percent stake in Slovak Telekom.
