Foreign Minister Lajčák unveils wall picture of Sts. Cyril and Methodius at Ministry

Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčák ceremonially unveiled a large painting entitled '1150th Anniversary of the Arrival of Saints Cyril and Methodius' designed for the international meetings room at the ministry. It's by the artist Jan Glozik who is a member of the Slovak minority living in Kovačica, Serbia. Glozik had painted the large oil painting for 14 months. The Foreign and European Affairs Minister Lajcak presented Glozik with a silver plaque for promoting the good name of Slovakia and presenting its culture abroad. Glozik was one of them, and he's currently the most noted. "This is also an emotional moment for me as I got to know painters from Kovačica when I was serving as ambassador in Belgrade," stated Minister Lajčák.
