Land Rover looks for expansion, Slovakia is considered

Another car brand is considering Slovakia as a destination for its business interests. Most recently, it is the British car brand Jaguar Land Rover that is studying the conditions in this region. The economic daily Hospodarske noviny has been told by a source familiar with the plans of the carmaker that it has contacted building companies about their offers. Jaguar Land Rover should be deciding between Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. Experts point to the fact that our region would be the logical choice. "The owner of the automaker Tata Motors based its success on low cost and expenses. The Central European region can be in line with this strategy," says Ivan Paul from the consulting firm TPA Horwath.
