India interested in Slovak chemical training centre

India has expressed interest in training courses with chemical substances at the Training and Testing Centre in Zemianske Kostoľany (Trenčín region), Defence Ministry spokesperson Martina Balleková told TASR on Tuesday. "An Indian delegation of military experts would like to learn about the centre, so it will pay a visit in March", said Balleková. Defence Minister Martin Glváč held a meeting with India's ambassador to Slovakia Shri Param Jit Mann on Tuesday. "There's room for cooperation between our countries, either in the field of education and training or in the defence industry", said Glváč. Mann pointed to the long-term friendship between the two countries, based on which there is room for much deeper cooperation.
