Slovakia Attempts to Attract Young Hungarians at Fair in Budapest

Slovakia is present at Hungary's largest tourism fair Utazás 2015. The tour fair was opened in Budapest on Thursday. Regional Development Ministry state secretary František Palko has confirmed that Hungary is a very important country for Slovakia in terms of tourists. Many Hungarians visit Slovak mountains, Slovak spas and Slovak towns. Bratislava presents itself as a city of rich history and classical music. Its vicinity is presented as an ideal place for relaxation at water and in forests of the Small Carpathian mountains and for savouring quality wine. Košice is a favourite culture destination for many Hungarians, mainly because the famous Hungarian writer Sandor Marai used to live there. Among tourists resorts presenting themselves at the fair are the Low Tatra mountains, the High Tatra mountains, the Donovaly ski resort, and Slovak Paradise, for example. It is expected that the fair, which runs until Sunday, will be visited by 60,000 people.
