According to Slovak President Andrej Kiska, the Ukraine peace talk agreement achieved in Minsk means a great deal. Likewise, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico welcomes the peace deal however he is reserved about over-evaluating it. More on their reactions in today's Topical Issue.
