British police are investigating a case involving two Slovaks who were apprehended in London in the middle of January, noviny.sk website reported on Thursday. The arrests were confirmed for TV JOJ by the wife one of the two men, who also said that the two men from Martin (Žilina region) were detained; "the arrests were over firearms," according to their website. It remains unclear whether they traded in arms or, for example, held them illegally. "The National Bureau of Interpol keeps in touch with the foreign partner organisation," said Police Corps spokesman Michal Szeiff.
