An injured Vietnamese couple were brought to the Bratislava University Hospital (UNB) facility in Ružinov, UNB spokesperson Petra Stano Mataskovska told TASR on Thursday, adding that the woman was punched in the face and the man has a knife wounds on top of his head and face and was stabbed in the shoulder. As the spokesperson noted, their lives are not in danger. In a separate incident, Ružinov hospital treated a stab wound involving a man from Podunajske Biskupice (outskirts of Bratislava). He was attacked by a woman, who was beating him with a stone initially and then stabbed him in the stomach. The man required surgery, but no arrests have been made in either investigation.
